3 questions based on this quality area relating to Validation, quality of assessment tools and due consideration given to the structure of your course delivery (TAS)
Quality Area 2: VET Student Support
3 questions based on this quality area relating to identifying student support needs, progress and monitoring, and the quality of information given to your students.
Quality Area 3: VET Workforce
3 questions based on this quality area relating to all staff PD, sufficient trainers to cover enrolled students, third party review systems and how this is evidenced.
Quality Area 4: Governance
3 questions based on this quality area relating to identification and mitigation strategies for RTO risks, Continuous improvement and the evidence you have that demonstrates governance and accountability.
Credential Policy
3 questions based on this policy relating to trainer / assessor credentials, competency, PD and how this is evidenced.
Compliance requirements
3 questions based on these requirements relating to checks on marketing, certificate issuance and reporting, policies and Fit and proper persons requirements.
